Samsung Art Store Expands Modern and Contemporary Art With New Tate Collection
Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. has announced the addition of 15 new artworks from the Tate collection to the Samsung Art Store. This expansion builds on the platform’s partnerships with leading cultural institutions such as the Art Institute of Chicago, the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA), and Thyssen-Bornemisza National Museum, bringing world-class art into homes around the globe.
The new Tate collection introduces iconic modern masters including Henri Matisse, Salvador Dalí, Mark Rothko, and Roy Lichtenstein, the first pop art artist to appear on Samsung Art Store. It also features acclaimed contemporary voices such as Peter Doig and Beatriz Milhazes.
Among the highlights are Roy Lichtenstein’s “Whaam!,” Henri Matisse’s “The Snail” from Tate’s permanent collection, and Jackson Pollock’s “Yellow Islands.” The collection also showcases works by British painter Howard Hodgkin and Peter Doig’s celebrated “Echo Lake” and “Ski Jacket.”
By integrating Tate’s collection, Samsung Art Store strengthens its mission of democratizing access to art. The platform connects homes with the richness of global art culture, offering masterpieces that span modern movements and contemporary creativity.

Samsung Art Store is available across the 2025 Samsung TV lineup, including QLED TVs, The Frame, and The Frame Pro.
